Frequently Asked Questions

  1. What is a zine? A fanzine, or zine for short, is a an unofficial, fanmade publication, which can be both digital or physical. Zines often contain a mix of artworks, writing, and merchandise for a specific fandom.

  2. What is the theme of this zine? StarMaps is a zine dedicated to Kageyama Tobio's life, from early childhood to the JNT and everything in-between. It's a celebration of the character.

  3. Will ships be allowed? Since this is supposed to be a Kageyama-centric zine, we will be allowing ships as long as Kageyama remains the main focus of the pieces.

  4. Will AUs be allowed? Yes, we will be allowing AUs in the zine.

  5. Will minors be able to contribute? Yes, we will be allowing minors to contribute as long as they are 16 or older by the time our Contributor Applications come to an end.

  6. Will this zine be digital or physical? Our zine will be available in both Physical and Digital formats.

  7. Will this be for-profit, for-charity, or free? This is going to be a for-charity zine. Proceeds will go to a mental health charity to be defined by our Interest Check Results.

  8. How will contributors be compensated? We are aiming to provide every contributor with a free copy of the physical zine and, if revenue allows, with merch as well. In case that isn't possible, we will be offering merch at production cost.
